    Brick training session

TrainingGreat session this morning, four of us met up at 8am, John Power, Paul Brennan, Ger Randles and myself. After a gentle run round the track we headed off for a spin out to Ballymore and back to Punchestown. John showed us a new route which works really well - much better than the traditional route to Blessington. Back around the run track to finish and off home. This is great quality session that we should all do more often.
