Great session this morning, four of us met up at 8am, John Power, Paul Brennan, Ger Randles and myself. After a gentle run round the track we headed off for a spin out to Ballymore and back to Punchestown. John showed us a new route which works really well - much better than the traditional route to Blessington. Back around the run track to finish and off home. This is great quality session that we should all do more often.

There was a great turnout at training sessions today. 7 at the swim session, 11 at the run and 3 completed the trilogy and ventured out into the cold winds on the bike! It was great to see so many at the Punchestown run as it is a new session.
