Dear All
You know when the fine weather comes round that the Guinness Triatrhlon can't be too far away
After a season of varied events I am doing the Guinness Triathlon and looking for sponsorship for a very worthy cause,
Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children.

A lot has changed in the year since I last sent a similar mail but the cause is the same. See what you can do
